Cash Feeder Units

This product was designed and developed by the customer and taken on as a sub-contract job. All suppliers and methods of manufacture were adopted by Phi and the units were built under strict quality control conditions. This feeder unit is one of a set of three assemblies, all similar in design and construction with subtle differences. The units dispense bank notes and as such require precise assembly with strict control over all limits and tolerances of components used. Process control and component traceability were essential requirements for this robust yet high quality assembly. Package recycling between Phi and the customer based in Scandinavia was an essential part of the cost saving requirements of this product. Phi has manufactured approximately 1,500 sets of 3 feeders.
