Cash Security Escrow Unit

This product was designed and developed by the customer and taken on as a sub-contract job. All suppliers and methods of manufacture were adopted by Phi and the units were built under strict quality control conditions. The unit is part of a cash handling device that ensures safe and secure banking conditions. As with other jobs, methods were documented in Phi format and all units underwent a series of action and quality checks to ensure conformity. This unit was sold as the main assembly of a comprehensive kit of parts. The kit comprising of 5 separate assemblies and approx 100 other separate items bagged and labelled to customer requirements. Strict stock control was essential with this product due to the number and value of the components. Phi manufactured approximately 250 kits including this assembly.
